Thoughts on Squash:

I love squash! I have been an athlete since elementary school and have been playing squash regularly for about 28 years in both San Antonio and Austin, Texas. No sports challenges me more both physically and mentally as much as a good squash match. I always feel great and thoroughly spent after I play.

Over the years I have seen the popularity of the sport rise in Texas and love seeing young people take up squash and excel at it. I’m eager to help host the first men’s professional squash tournament ever held in Austin, Texas. It will be an exciting event that should further popularize in Texas the sport I love!
