The passing of Malcolm Willstrop really hit me hard this morning!
Malcolm was not only a friend but someone I learned so much from as a player and coach and was always so welcoming… as long as you behaved yourself 🙂
I can’t believe I won’t see him again, on the balcony at Pontefract Squash Club directing all his amazing players!
My condolences to the Pontefract and wider squash communities, his friends and family!

I cannot believe the sad news of Malcolm’s passing , what a massive loss not only to the game we all love but words cannot express how much he will be missed by everybody who was privileged to have known him.
It is very rare that you ever meet a person like Malcolm, he was a unique, a piercing sense of humour, a fantastic raconteur and in all a person who once you had met you would never forget.
The banter and engagement that I had with Malcom at many squash events was, and will always be my privilege.
