The 12th World of Squash Golf day was won by PSA’s Steve Norris who picked up an impressive 41 points (which will lead to a handicap review if he is seen again!). However, there was also solid scoring from Robbie Temple & John Powell both with 37 points and Tim Garner with 36.

Nearest the Pin was won by Moov’s Nev Appleton and his team-mate Ben Tompsett picked up the nearest the pin in two on the tough 2nd hole, Andrew Morton of Team RAC was straightest off the tee (a couple of large feet from it, see image) while, Robbie Temple picked up a hattrick of of longest drive titles and his fourth in all.

Fifteen year-old Sports Aid funded golfer Rafiah Banday entertained everyone with her ball striking and accuracy. Only 12 of 32 players got inside his shots.

The post dinner auction raised over £1,600, which will be ring-fenced by Sports Aid for young squash players in need of funding.

Thanks to our hole sponsors The Cook Partnership, PDH Sports, Melior Squash, PSA and SquashTV for their support.
