The Equinox Women’s PSA Tournament has officially been completed with today’s final, Lucy Turmel vs Ho Tze lok Ho. Both players put on a great show full of passion and great sportsmanship.
Lucy Turmel came out triumphant winning 3-0 in what was a brilliant display. Both Players played fantastic throughout the tournament and truly deserved their spot in the final. Despite all the weather problems and challenges we faced today there was a fantastic crowd cheering on the players and showing what the Equinox and Boston Squash community is all about.
This tournament was a great success and massive credit goes to Shahid Zaman Khan former world #14 and Organizer as well as his team who helped him across the entire tournament. Again, thank you to everyone who was involved in the Equinox Women’s PSA Tournament and until the next one…Goodbye and stay safe.

Wow…Another round of Incredible matches completed in Bostons first ever Women’s squash Tournament held at the Equinox Club Boston.
It was an exhilerating experience to say the least and the crowd certainly loved it. In Tomorrow’s Final Lucy Turmel of England will face up against Ho Tze Lok Hong Kong and it will be one to remember.
All this has and will happen with the current mask policy which is for both the crowd and players. Shahid Zaman Khan organizer and former world #14 received High praise for his work in sustaining the mask policy and holding a brilliant tournament at the same time.

Today’s matches concluded the Quarter Final round of the first ever Equinox PSA Women’s International tournament here at Equinox Club in Boston.
The four matches played today among 8 International Pro Women players were as electric and impressive as we looked forward for them to be.
Players from Egypt, England ad Hong Kong will be leading the way into tomorrow’s semis after wins for Lucy Turmel, Fayrouz Aboelkheir, Tong Tsz-Ling and Ho Tze Lok.
Great sportsmanship and world class squash was put to play by these young women athletes. More than 50 spectators surrounded the courts and cheered the players on as they battled it out on court. Mask policy’s are put in place for both players and spectators along with cleaning and sanitization of the courts.
Spectators and players showered highest appreciation for tournament organizer Shahid Zaman and his team for a successful tournament.
