Home favourite Amanda Sobhy claimed the 2026 Cincinnati Gaynor Cup title with a straight game win over top seed Gina Kennedy in the final at Cincinnati Country Club.
The win marked Sobhy’s second Gaynor Cup title and a 23rd PSA title.

Top seeds Gina Kennedy and Amanda Sobhy will contest the final of the Cincinnati Gaynor Cup after straight-game wins over Salma Hany and Jasmine Hutton as Cincinnati Country Club.
Quarters : Top four through to the semis
The top seeds continued to advance at Cincinnati Country Club, as Gina Kennedy, Salma Hany, Amanda Sobhy and Jasmine Hutton winning through to the semi-finals.
In the top half of the draw Kennedy and Hany both won in straight games, over Rachel Arnold and Grace Gear, while in the bottom half Sobhy and Hutton were both tested, Hyutton coming from a game down to beat Hollie Naughton, Sobhy takes the distance by Melissa Alves.
Round Two : Top seeds through to Quarters
It was a good day for the seeding panel at Cincinnati Country Club as the top eight seeds all won through to the quarter-finals of the PSA Silver event, with France’s fifth seed Melissa Alves the only one to drop a game.
