Top seed Mohamed ElSherbini captured his 11th and biggest PSA title as he overcame second seeded compatriot Aly Abou Eleinen in four long games in the final at Vernon Hills.

An unseeded semi-finalist is assured in Chicago after Tom Walsh and Daniel Poleshchuk upset Nathan Lake and Martin Svec to reach the quarter-finals.
They’re joined in the last eight by four Egyptians, home favourite Faraz Khan and Mexico’s Cesar Salazar.
Round One : Jeeva edges past Byrtus in thriller
There were Round One seeding upsets at the top and bottom of the draw in Chicago as Malaysia’s Sanjay Jeeva and Austria’s Aqeel Rehman won through to the second round.
Jeeva edged past Czech Viktor Byrtus 13-11 in the fifth after 78 minutes while Rehman overcame fellow veteran Chris Gordon in straight games. Their rewards are matches against the top seeded Egyptians Mohamed ElSherbini and Aly Abou Eleinen.
Day Two sees the top eight seeds enter the action.
