After making the final in Mexico and winning the Colombian Open, David Baillargeon won the Squash Quebec Open without dropping a game.
Nick Sachvie, the last Canadian champion (in 2019) had a good week but could not match David pace and physicality in the final.
David kept training through the pandemic, travelled to Egypt and has played lots of matches over the last months. His game has improved significantly and he now has the highest ranking amongst the Canadian players.
