The finals of the 2024 Hong Kong Squash Championships were held at the Hong Kong Squash Centre.
In the 3/4 Playoffs, the junior girl player, Tang Helen claimed her first Bronze title due to Tong Tsz Wing’s withdrawal, while Alex Lau defeated Wong Chi Him 2-11, 11 -6, 11-7, 8-11, 11-5 to claim the Men’s Bronze.
The Women’s Final was a rematch of the last edition, with Ho Tze Lok facing Lee Ka Yi. Tomato took the opening game by 11-8, then Lee fought back to take the second game by 11-3. Tomato adjusted from the third game and eventually won 3-1 (11-8, 3-11, 11-6, 11-7).
Henry Leung suppressed Lai Cheuk Nam Matthew in three games 12-10, 11-5, 11- 5 and took his first Hong Kong title.
The Prize Presentation Ceremony was held after the Men’s Final. Mr. Cedric Tyen, the Honorary Secretary and Chairman of the Executive Committee of the Squash Association of Hong Kong, China and Mrs. Heather Deayton, Member of Executive Committee of Squash Association of Hong Kong, China presented the prizes to all the Women’s and Men’s winners.
