Millie : The first game was quite edgy, obviously, an off season without playing a single tournament match, it was my own fault, really, because I’ve been running tournaments the whole summer session, there you go, lesson learned!
Midday through the first game, I was down easy like 7/3, and that sort of shocked me, so I just clicked into gear a little bit, and after that, I played well, good length, I had my home coach Matt Gregory from Duffield to help me today, which helped a lot!
Playing Tesni tomorrow, she is one of my favourite players, we’ve played a lot as we are the same age, I respect her a lot. She is one of my favourite players to watch, and I actually watched her today.
