Men’s $3k & Women’s $2k PSA Challenger, 13-14 Mar, Tatabanya, Hungary

The Squashberek Open 2021 tournament started this morning – the competition is closed, only Hungarian players can enter.
The aim of the tournament is to allow some of the top Hungarian players to earn PSA points. Due to the known covid situation, the featured Hungarian players cannot compete in international competitions, but we don’t want them to fall back in the international PSA rankings.
Hannah Chukwu and Balazs Farkas were the top seeds of the tournament, and both came through the draws to claim the titles.
This is an important opportunity for them, and we hope other Hungarian players will be encouraged to start to enter international tournaments.
