Lanai Hemp was founded in 2018 and is a woman-owned business based in Dallas, TX.
Inspired by her time on the island of Lanai in Hawaii, Lanai Hemp was created by our founder to develop products infused with the tropical and luxurious essence of Lanai and the best plant-based ingredients nature can provide. With this in mind, she has created a line of powerful, safe and effective hemp-based products with a singular focus on helping people.
Our philosophy is to extract the benefits of all that nature has provided us, infused with the best hemp grown right here in the United States. We also focus on continuous improvement and innovation, so we are constantly refining our products further and conducting research to enhance what we can offer you.
Nicole Khan is the founder and CEO of Lanai Hemp. Prior to founding Lanai Hemp, she was practicing as a nutritionist, teaching at local colleges as an adjunct professor and presenting her published research at health seminars throughout the nation.
While she was completing her Master’s degree in Health and Nutrition, she served as President for multiple terms in a prestigious organization where she promoted serving the community and educating them about health and wellness.
Her knowledge and personal experiences are the driving force behind building a wellness company. Being a female Afghan-American minority doesn’t stop her from pushing the limits and finding ways to promote healthy hemp products that will help people achieve a more comfortable and relaxed lifestyle.
Views on Squash
Being born in London, England, Nicole grew up around the popular squash sport that was originated in that country. She has memories of her father and uncle playing at the local YMCA where her father was the director.
When she learned about the first ever professional squash tournament in Dallas, she was very excited being that she has very sentimental memories and family involvement in that sport growing up. She strongly feels that this tournament will sprout new interest in the sport among young athletes that crave new challenges and experiences.
