August set for Festival of Squash as Tickets go on sale for British Nationals, Manchester Open & Allam British Open
Squash fans will be able to watch a festival of squash in England in August with tickets now on sale for the British Nationals and Manchester Open – both of which will be held at Manchester’s National Squash Centre – as well as the Allam British Open, which will be held at Hull’s Allam Sport Centre.
The British National Squash Championships will be first up and will take place between August 3-6. Defending champions Sarah-Jane Perry and James Willstrop are expected to attend alongside a host of British squash talent.

A number of the world’s leading squash players will then join the action at the National Squash Centre when the Manchester Open is held between August 9-13. Egyptian duo Mohamed ElShorbagy and Nour El Tayeb took the titles last time out when the PSA World Tour returned last September following a six-month suspension due to the global COVID-19 pandemic.
Closing out an exciting month of world-class squash is the Allam British Open in Hull, which makes its return to the PSA World Tour for the first time since 2019. ElShorbagy and women’s World No.2 Nouran Gohar won the longest-running tournament in professional squash on that occasion and both players – alongside the top ranked British players such as Perry, Tesni Evans, Joel Makin and Willstrop – are expected to return.
