Having known Malcolm for over 40 years I can safely say that few can compare with him for being invigorating and inspirational, never boring, and indeed often being bloody minded!
I mean all with great affection, and simply adding that squash has lost a top coach who also instilled the best of behaviour.
Sincere condolences to all his family on their loss – one that extends to us all.
