Despite growing up in humble circumstances, it has enabled him to live out an unlikely dream of travelling the world and representing his country. However, there is a more important reason behind his love and dedication for the sport.
Every time he succeeded in an event, he saved the prize money he earned to support his family.
“My dad is a security guard, and my mum is just caring for my siblings. So I wanted to help them by playing squash,” Buraga, 19, told Olympics.com. “I saved my money and was grateful to help my mum to buy a house because before we were just renting. She is my inspiration, and I play squash to help her.
