The European Club Championships is under way in Riccione, Italy, with four days of competition starting in Pools and moving to the knockout stage.
Women’s Pool : Roehampton beat Mulhouse in title decider
Top seeds Mulhouse and Roehampton had both won all their previous pool matches, setting up a title decider on the final day, with the English outfit sneaking home with a 2-1 win.
Men’s Final : It’s Paderborn by a whisker !!
The men’s final literally couldn’t have been closer – Mulhouse and Paderborn finished level at two matches all, and seven games all. The tie then went down to points countback, with Paderborn edging home 137 to 122, thanks largely to a comprehensive win in the final match by World Junior Champion Rowan Damming. The win marks Paderborn’s 11th title.
