Euro U19 Individual Champs 2026

Finals : France’s top seeds triumph again in Krakow …

Lauren Baltayan and Amir Khaled-Jousselin retained their titles at the 2026 ESF European U19 Individual Championships in Krakow to make it another French double.

For Baltayan, the straight-games victory over Belgium’s Savannah Moxham marked a triumphant end to her individual junior career (she helps France defend their Mixed Team title, starting on Thursday). For 17-year-old boys’ champion Khaled-Jousselin, his victory means he will have the chance in 2027 to become the first male player ever to win the event three years in a row.

Baltayan becomes the first female player to defend the European U19 Individual title in 13 years (Emily Whitlock in 2012) and the sixth overall. It was only the second time in the 36-year history of the tournament in which the girls’ final did not feature an Englishwoman (the first being Nele Gilis v Marie Stephane in 2014).
