England complete the team sweep in Zurich
It was a close run thing, but top seeds and defending champions England, fielding both individual winners, edged home against second seeds France to maintain the grip they have had on the title since 2010.
Asia Harris went two games up over Lauren Baltayan – both on extra points – but was pegged back to two-all before claiming the decider. Jonah Bryant also went two games ahead, but Melvil Scianimanico produced a comeback to take the next three games to take the final into a decider, where Abd-allah Eissa settled English nerves with a straight-games win over Titouan Isambard.
