SquashSkills is very excited to welcome Joey Barrington back for part two of the ‘Origins’ series focusing on solo practice.
Joey goes into great detail explaining how to get the most out of a solo session and explains why it is such a useful tool for every squash player who is trying to improve their game.
This is essential viewing for players of all levels who want to get more out of their time on the squash court.
New SquashSkills Training Club groups now open!
Over the last month, SquashSkills has been trialling a new initiative, the SquashSkills Training Club, and have been amazed by the response from the squash community, with the first 4 groups underway having each sold out within a few days of going on sale.
SquashSkills is excited to let you know the next two groups are now open for you to book your place. Additionally, you will get full access to SquashSkills for the 6 weeks!
The SquashSkills Training Club provides tailored coaching in a small group of 15 like-minded players with squash specific training sessions and daily feedback via a WhatsApp group from Gary Nisbet (SquashSkills Fitness & Performance Director).
